Delete your IVYN account and personal data

Use this page to request deletion of your IVYN account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to ivyn.in and the IVYN app for iPhone and Android. You do not need to sign in.

Submit deletion request

After you submit, we will confirm the account belongs to you using information already associated with it. We complete verified requests within 30 days and notify you when deletion is done. If the form does not work for you, email support@ivyn.in.

What is deleted

Your account profile, saved server-side preferences, marketing profile, and other personal data we no longer need are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. We also ask relevant service providers to delete data they hold for us.

What is kept, and for how long

• GST invoices and required transaction records: kept for 72 months from the due date of the annual return for the relevant financial year, as required by tax law. Not used for marketing.
• Records of unresolved issues: kept only until the issue, dispute or legal obligation is resolved.
• Deletion request record: the request date, verification outcome and completion date are kept for 24 months to show we handled the request.
• Marketing opt-out record: a minimal record may be kept so we do not contact you again.

Data stored on your phone

In the IVYN app, open My IVYN → Privacy & data controls to clear your wishlist, recent searches and other saved app data at any time. Saved app data otherwise remains until you clear it or remove the app, subject to your device's storage and backup behaviour. Clearing app data does not delete your web account or orders; use the form above for that.
