Return/Exchange is acceptable within 7 days from the date of delivery.
It takes up to 2-3 days for the reverse pick up, it takes 7-8 days for the product to reach our warehouse post which it undergoes Quality Check (QC). Once it passes OC the Refund/Exchange is initiated
Once the product has passed QC, the refund is Initiated and a link is sent to your registered
mobile number and email.
Orders with Promotional/Discount code:
Bank transfer is not applicable in case of orders placed using any promotional code Refund will be in the form of Store Credit which can be redeemed for future orders placed on the website
We only replace items if the change is valid on size changes only. In case you wish to order another product, kindly select Refund as Store Credit
